Glory be to God. Year 2022 is here, and by God’s grace we are here in it. There is every reason to say Thank You to God, our creator, the One that keeps and guides us.
Year 2021 is another year that we cannot forget in a hurry, both as individuals and as a country.
It was one year of many winds, and even whirlwinds, but it has pleased God in His mercy to sail us through. That is why His praise will never cease in our mouth. Glory be to His name.
Now that we have joyfully crossed to year 2022, what do we do and what to we expect? Our hope is to make the best out of the year, by the special grace of God.
2022 is a year that holds so much for Nigeria. It is a year before a general election, and so much is expected.
Perhaps one may use it to appeal to Nigerian politicians across parties to play the game calmly and peacefully.
For us in the family of PTL News it is a year we expect God to renew our strength. We believed we have toiled, we have struggled and we have run, and we believe it is our time to fly.
Drawing our inspiration from the book of Isaiah 40 verses 28-41, we strongly hold and affirm that our strength shall be renewed, we shall run we shall not be weary and we shall walk and we shall not be faint.
But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
So we enjoin you to join us to fly together in the year. As we fly we will not hit our head against the rock in Jesus name.
We should not always fail to hold up Nigeria, our own Jerusalem in prayer. We should pray that the peace of god will reign in Nigeria as we decree a smooth transition without any shedding of blood in Jesus name.
So on behalf of PTL News, we specially thank you for all your supports and prayers in the outgone years as we hope and expect more of your prayers and patronage in the coming years.
