A winner is declared at the end of a competition, Until the event is over, a winner or loser cannot be declared. A winner in the race of life is declared at the end of life. The JUDGE is GOD and HIS WORDS Not men or human assessment This booklet is strong meat. It is meant for those who mean business with God. Winning in this book is not about earthly or worldly success. It is not about successfully making money or acquiring worldly goods, honors or laurels. It is about acquiring honors where it matters most – in the courts of heaven. It is meant for those who want the outcomes of their earthly lives to have eternal glory and honor. It is meant for those who want to win the crown of life that God will give those who choose the paths of eternal life. I pray it stirs something in your heart and pushes you to action. ‘Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers and murderers and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie” Rev.22: 14, 15

THE LIFE THAT WINS – WINNING THE ULTIMATE PRIZE “ Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain” 1 Cor 9:24 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2Tim 4:7,8 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul. Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Mark 8:36,37 “… it is appointed unto men, once to die, but after this the judgement” Heb. 9: 27 What will be the end report of your life time? What will be your testimony at the end of your time on earth? What will your time, efforts, struggles, troubles, education, acquisition, associations, money, fame, service in this world amount to? What will your short time on earth amount to, at the end? Will it end in ultimate glory or ultimate shame? Will it end in joy or in regret? The choice is yours! Eternity awaits your choices!! – It all depends on what you are living for now and what consumes your energies now. What are your priorities today? What are you living for? The end times are here and the end is closer than many assume. The warnings from heaven are increasing. The wise will take heed and walk carefully and purposefully in these times. This 21st century for the Christian and the world is particularly significant. It is a blessed but perilous period. As we look up, we see the signs of the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. The signs of the end time are all around us, and the evidence of Christ’s return abounds. The rapture of the church is imminent. The desire of the ages and the Church’s hope for waiting and toiling patently is in sight. In times like this, the wise Christian needs to re-evaluate the condition of his life and heart before the Lord, to see how he stands. ‘Examine yourself whether you are in faith, prove your own selves. (2 Cor13:5) may be one of the most beneficial advice that can be given at this time. And it should be taken seriously. The ultimate prize is to be admitted into the eternal heavenly habitations of the Almighty God and to receive the crowns of service and honors.

A winner in someone who has fulfilled his purpose in this life and has been considered fit, by God Almighty, to enter the heavenly habitations. Anything short of this is a grievous loss with eternal irredeemable consequences and regret. ‘For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul. Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Mark8:36,37)

The Christians that intends to win the crown of life and to be counted worthy to stand before God will have to walk along well-defined narrow paths: for ‘strait is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life and few there be that find it’ (Matt 7: 14).

Every winner qualifies to:

  1. To eat from the tree of life;
  2. To escape the second death – the lake of fire;
  3. To eat of the hidden Manna and to receive a new heavenly Name;
  4. To receive power to rule over the Nations and to receive the morning star;
  5. To be clothed in righteousness and to have name preserved in the book of life; 6. To be made a pillar in the temple of God and to receive the name of God and a new name;
  6. To sit with Jesus Christ in His throne.

What do you want? Do you want to win? What is your choice?

Everyone can live to win. In Christ Jesus everyone can win. The race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong. The deciding factor is the enabling grace from God. This grace is available to all who will desire it, believe for it and live for it. This is the whole object of this small book. In this end-time period, we exhort every Christian to turn aside a while and to take stock of his or her life by ‘the book’ – the Bible.

How are you living your Christian life? Will the way you are living deliver to you the ultimate end of eternity with God? Is your name still in the book of life or has it been blotted out? Is your Christian life better now than when you started with Christ? Have you grown in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ?

Has the well of your spiritual life dried up or has it swelled up to become a river of living waters? Are you living an overcoming life now thus guaranteeing your entrance into the heavenly kingdom or you defeated and downtrodden with no assurance of a secure eternity? If you are down, do not despair. As long as you are alive, you still have time and you still have hope. God can lift you up, if you will let Him!

We are in the dispensation of grace and all things are possible to them who believe. God’s grace is available to meet all needs, change all situations, and possess all possessions. The believing Christian should never give up hope, because with God all things are possible. Wherefore, lift up the hands which hang down and the feeble knees; and make straight part for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way, but let it rather be healed (Heb 12: 12, 13). Yes, choose rather to be forgiven, healed, strengthened refreshed, renewed and restored rather than to be rejected and-turned out of the way.
