Spring Apostolic Church aka Orisun Omi Iye, Isiaka Street, Off Dorcas Morolahun Street, Oko Oba, Agege, and its environs are in festive mood as the 20th harvest anniversary of the Church holds.
The programme which was planned with variety of activities has the Grace of God as its theme.
For anybody that passes around Spring Apostolic Church at its Egbatedo, Oko Oba, Agege Area, of Lagos, all indicators clearly point to the fact that there is celebration in the air.
The area is now agog with the mood of the celebration of one programme or the other from week days to weekends and Sundays. It is the joy of the celebration of the two decades of the existence of the Church.
The Celebration which has kicked off in earnest with pot-pourri of activities began as usual with the unveiling of the anniversary logo of the Church. It has earlier been preceded with 101 Fasting and Prayer with Prophetess Adeuja Abiola, the host minister.
It was followed by a chain of colourful display of culture in activities, Arambada Praise, within and out, Street Praise, and Online Praise with Prophetess Alice Abiola Adeuja herself.
There is also Vocational Skill acquisition and empowerment, where hundreds of participants were trained on menial skills like shoe making, hat making, Gele branding and interior decoration.
Another feature of the celebration was what they called Jesus Market Initiative. It brought an idea where goods and products were purchased at heavily subsidized prices. There was also Free medical care with medical test, and medications, which bas beneficial to more than a thousand attendants including non-members.
It was not without its fun. There were Games times, and every participants and spectators all enjoyed themselves.
The celebration was drawn to its crescendo with a week-long revival with Prophet Ayo Wahab, aka Kiniun Jesu, from Monday 18th to Thursday, 21st November, 2024 at 5.30pm daily. The revival was rounded off with Praise and Variety Night on Friday 22nd November, 2024 Time 10.30pm.
Also assembled as guest artistes of the events are Evangelists Tope Flourish, Akinwande Akinwunmi, aka Ade Jesu, Juliaha Olawole, and Akinwande Abimbola.
Commenting on the sensations of the harvest anniversary, the host, Prophetess Adeuja said, on October 22 when the logo was unveiled. “What a colorful and amazing Sunday we had for our anniversary opening ceremony, logo unveiling and album launch— The Grace of God!
The climax comes up on Sunday 24th November, 2024, with Anniversary and Thanksgiving Service Time starting from 10.00am. The celebration is rounded off with the presence of Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji, General Evangelist, CAC, Nigeria and Overseas, as the Very Special Guest Minister of the day.
