The death has been announced of Pastor Nomthi, the wife of the Senior Pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya. Pastor Nomthi gave up her ghost after battling cancer for about two years.

The announcement was made via the social media handle of the Church on Tuesday evening through a statement which read;

“With deep regret and gratitude to God, we have to announce the passing of our Senior Pastor’s wife, Pastor Nomthi Odukoya.

She battled cancer for the better part of two years, she stood on the Word of God, and she fought.

We loved her with all our heart, but who are we to fight with the will of God.

The truth is, at one point in our lives, we all will have to say goodbye. So for now, till we meet again in glory, Good bye Pastor Nomthi”. May her soul rest in peace.

Pastor Odukoya got married to Pastor Nomthi, a South African, in 2010 after losing his first wife, Pastor Bimbo, who died on December 10, 2005 in an ill fated Sosliso plane crash in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
