Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, has once again told Christians and his listeners what they could do that would lead to consistent take off and forward movement after the global lockdown.

From the second in the series of a message titled From Lockdown to Leaping the man of God used the example and testimony of the cripple man healed at the Beautiful Gate in Acts chapter 3, to show different stages of leaping that could lead to speedy progress in life.

According to him leaping could be gradual and speedy, and a matter of now or never, saying, “A leaping starts from standing up to walking, and from walking, you move steadily forward and from walking to higher leapings.

Using different bible characters like Joshua, David and Solomon, the renown cleric said leaping and moving forward could be sudden and dynamic when we know God and how to praise and appreciate Him.

“When God is involved there will be other leapings. It was crises that brought Solomon to the throne, it was a sudden upward movement. After God lifted him up, he became wealthy, he gave God good offerings and God blessed him in another leaping. With 22,000 oxens and 120,000 added sheep that led to a second leaping.

“When you praise God, it culminates in a life of continuous blessings. With the healing of the man at the Beautiful Gate, the man testified and he was eager to say more of what God did and God turned his mocking to dancing.

With the above analogies, the man popularly known as daddy G. O. assured that even “With the lockdown the Lord was ready to turn the lockdown to leaping up provided you are ready to spend the rest of your life praising Him.

“Even if you are at the gate of death He will raise you, even at the gate of hell He is waiting to save you and if you are in penury, He is ready to bless you,” as he asked, “Will you be willing to accept Him?,” and he answered, “He is willing to accept you.”
