Courtesy of Primate Rufus Ositelu Foundation, a special forum to discuss community policing in Nigeria comes up on Saturday 27th February 2021.
His Eminence Primate Rufus Ositelu is the Spiritual head of Church of the Lord (Prayer Fellowship/Aladura) Worldwide, and the Chief host for the event.
The colloquium which is the 10th in the series holds at Aladura Comprehensive High School Hall, 8/9, Adejobi Crescent, Anthony Village, Lagos under the Chairmanship of the new Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Lagos State, Rt. Rev. S.T.V. Adegbite.
The topic of discussion is Community Policing in Nigeria: Challenges and Prospects. The programme begins at 10 am.
The matter of Community Policing has become a burning issue in the affairs of Nigeria following the spate on incessant attacks of local residents by criminal elements, as matters of cultism, banditry, terrorism, have become a source of worry to Nigerians. It is believed that the government would find useful the recommendations at the end of the discourse.
