Pastor Joe Jacobs charges members to watch out for Home Breaking Satanic Afflictions.

The annual Harvest of Christ Apostolic Church Festac Cathedral Amuwo  Odofin Districts Coordinating Council Headquarters was held on Sunday 8th December 2019 with Harvest of El-Rophi as the theme.

The colourful harvest which was the 41st in the series was preceded by a week long revival before it was rounded off on Sunday.

Admonishing the celebrating members on Sunday the host minister and the DCC Superintendent Pastor Joe Jacobs charged the members to watch out for spiritual and satanic afflictions against thanksgiving, noting these are elements the devil could use to rob many people of the gains of their harvests, and how to avoid them.

These according to him are spritual home breaking afflictions, blood pollution and satanic poisoning, enchantment and demonic curses from the enemy or incantation that can cause diseases, demonic wind blow, satanic arrows in form of sickness by demonic agents, demonic oppression at night and ancentral curses.

“All these can cause set backs in one’s life, and that is why we need to identify and break them from the root.” He therefore charged them not to allow the enemies to use their spiritual weaknesses to unleash wickedness on them.

“You must not go into sin. Sin can attract curses and sicknesses. Sicknesses can come through sexual sins, evil associations that lead to sins can cause you sicknesses and you have got to dissociate yourselves from them. God wants you to be free from satanic afflictions, and that is why God is saying this.”

He also charged the congregation to appreciate the Great Healer who is the Jehovah Rophi in all that they do.

“Take back your family to the great Healer, the Jehovah Rophi, Jesus is the healer of your body, spirit and, soul. You have got to accept Him totally. If you reject Him you reject victory, success, joy, progress, good health.

“You should come to Jesus to perfect all that are yours against those mortars who can only compound their victims’ lives. Many could not celebrate harvest because they are sick. As children of God you have nothing to fear of the evil doers as the protection of God is sure all over and around you.
