The death has been anounced of Bishop Elijah Olufemi Adepoju, a prominent Bible scholar, media practitioner and teacher of the word in the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.

Bishop Adepoju was a Senior minister and the Bishop of the New Seraph movement founded by Dr. Seye Yomi Sholoye. He trained as a journalist and practised Public Relations and publishing.

The deceased was a prolific writer, and a motivational speaker with special passion to groom quality lives and help people to fulfill their destiny.

Bishop Dr. Adepoju, a prominent Bible scholar was the Rector of Jesus Army Salvation Field Evangelical Interdenominational Bible College aka JASFEM Bible College. He is survived by Snr Apostolic Mother D.O. Adepoju and glorious children.

In a special message titled Jubilating in Death, The Saints Band of The New Seraph led by Dr. Seye Yomi-Sholoye said of Bishop Adepoju, “You were sent to the world to show the right path to salvation and eternity, this you carried out with all due diligence. “Well done, good and faithful servant. . .Enter into the joy of your master.” Congratulations, you made it! He was a lover of God and he will be immensely missed for his good works. May his soul rest in peace.
